Hamlet İsaxanli Koreya Respublikasından (Cənubi Koreyadan) gəlmiş və Azərbaycan tərəfdən onları müşaiyət edən bir qrup alim (scholars) və təhsil təşkilatçılarını qəbul etdi. Professor Kyung-Hwoi Kim, Sungshin universiteti Təhsil Kolleginin (College of Education) dekanı və Professor Jonghae Kim, Gyeongsang National Universitetinin professoru Xəzər universiteti və ali təhsilin problemləri ilə bağlı müzakirəyə maraqları olduğunu bildirdilər. Görüşdə professor Hamlet İsaxanlı qonaqları Xəzər universitetinin qurulma tarixi, onun akademik quruluşu və uğurları, Azərbaycan təhsil sisteminin problemləri barədə məlumatlandırdı və onların suallarına cavab verdi.

  Professor Hamlet Isaxanli met a group of educational managers from South Korea and the local scholars from Azerbaijan accompanying them. Professor Kyung-Hwoi Kim, Dean of the College of Education of Sungshin University, and professor of Gyeongsang National University Jonghae Kim showed a great deal of interest to discussing the problems relating to higher education. Professor Hamlet İsaxanlı gave information to the guests about the history of establishment, academic structure and success achievements of Khazar University,informed them about the actual problems existing in Azerbaijans educational system and answered the questions of the guests.
