[:en]On April 5th, Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, met with Mr. Elshad Huseynov, a lawyer working in the U.K. with close connections to the Universities of Nottingham and Birmingham, to discuss ideas about offering U.K. masters degree programs together with these universities.
