The founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, wrote a series of articles which is entitled “Address forms. History and today” that was published in the New Baku Post newspaper on August 11th , 18th, 25th and September 1st 2012.
