Hamlet İsaxanlı Təhsil Nazirliyinin kollegiyasında çıxış etmişdir Hamlet Isaxanli Makes Presentation in Ministry of Education Board Meeting

Noyabrın 6-da Azərbaycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirliyi Kollegiyasının növbəti iclası keçirildi. Ali təhsil müəssisələrinin bakalavriat və magistratura səviyyələrində tədrisin kredit sistemi ilə təşkili, ali təhsil müəssisələrində “SABAH” qruplarının yaradılması, yeni təqaüd qaydaları, tələbə kreditləri və qrantları haqqında məsələlər müzakirə olundu.
İclasda Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri, professor Hamlet İsaxanlı da çıxış edərək, Boloniya prosesinin əhəmiyyəti, onun Azərbaycanda tətbiqi barədə danışdı. O, həmçinin, ali təhsil standartları, tədris proqramları (curriculum), imtahanlar, iş praktikası (internship) kimi sahələrdə ali məktəbin muxtariyyətinin vacibliyini, bu barədə hökümət orqanlarının göstərişlərinin inkişafa mane olduğunu qeyd etdi. İclas ali məktəblərin təkliflərinin müzakirəsi və muxtariyyətin saxlanılması fikri ilə yekunlaşdı. On November 6th, a board meeting of the Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Education was held in the conference room at the Ministry to discuss issues such as the implementation of a credit system in higher education institutions (HEIs) on bachelor’s and master’s levels; creating “SABAH” (tomorrow) groups in HEIs; new scholarship rules; and student loans and grants.
At the meeting, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, made a presentation in which he spoke about the significance of the Bologna System and its application in Azerbaijan. He also mentioned the importance of HEIs’ autonomy in areas such as educational standards, curriculum, exams, and internships. He noted that the demands of government bodies are a hindrance to development in these areas. The meeting concluded with a discussion on suggestions and thoughts on maintaining the autonomy of HEIs.
