Hamlet İsaxanlının redaktoru olduğu kitab Niderlandda nəşr edilmişdir Founder’s Book Published

2011-ci ilin sentyabrında Türkiyənin Ankara şəhərində keçirilən NATO-nun Sülh və Təhlükəsizlik naminə Elm Proqramının bir hissəsi olan “Avropa İttifaqı, Qara Dəniz regionu və Cənubi Qafqazda təhlükəsizlik və sərhədyanı əməkdaşlıq” adlı NATO Ali Tədqiqatlar üzrə Seminarının materiallarını təqdim etmək üçün Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyumlar şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlı Ayça Ergün ilə birgə redaktoru olduğu “Avropa İttifaqı, Qara Dəniz regionu və Cənubi Qafqazda təhlükəsizlik və sərhədyanı əməkdaşlıq” adlı kitab yazmışdı.
Kitab 2013-cu il fevralın 28-də Hiderlandda IOS Nəşriyyatı tərəfindən nəşr edilmişdir.
