2017-ci il aprelin 23-də Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar Və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlının “Elm üçbucağı” verlişinin növbəti buraxılışı İctimai TV-də yayımlandı. Verilişin budəfəki buraxılışı “Elmin inkişafında müxtəlif təşkilatların rolu” (Tarix boyu və yaxın zamanlarda) mövzusuna həsr olunmuşdu. Verilişdə Xəzər Universitetinin müəllim və peşəkar heyəti qonaq kimi iştirak edirdi. On April 23, 2017, the lecture of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was broadcast on his “Triangle of Science” Program on Public TV. The lecture was entitled “The Role of Various Organizations in the Development of Science” (Throughout the history and in the near future).
