Xəzər Universitetində beynəlxalq simpozium işə başladı International Symposium Begins at Khazar University

Mayın 26-da Xəzər Universitetinin Mərmər salonunda “Xəzər” və Erciyes universitetlərinin təşkil etdikləri ikigünluk beynəlxalq simpozium işə başladı. “21-ci əsrin pəncərəsindən mədəniyyət və kimlik” mövzusunda keçirilən simpoziumun işində Azərbaycan, Türkiyə, Şimali Kipr Türk Cümhuriyyəti, Gürcüstan, Ukrayna, Latviya, Macarıstan, ABŞ, Hindistan və Avstraliyadan olan alim və mütəxəssislər, media mənsubları iştirak edirlər.
Konfrans Azərbaycan Respublikasının himninin və Türkiyə Cümhuriyyətinin İstiqlal marşının ifası ilə başlandı, Azərbaycan haqqında film nümayiş etdirildi.
Simpoziumu giriş sözü ilə Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlı açdı.
Açılış mərasimində Erciyes Universitetinin rektoru professor H. Fahrettin Keleştemir, Bakı şəhəri Nizami Rayon İcra hakimiyyətinin başçısı Tahir Budaqov, Türk Tarix Qurumunun sədri professor Metin Hulagün, simpoziumun Erciyes Universiteti tərəfdən Təşkilat komitəsinin sədri professor Sevinç Üçgül, tarix elmləri doktoru, professor Cəmil Həsənli çıxış etdilər. Çıxışlarda simpoziumun əhəmiyyəti, mövzunun aktuallığı qeyd olundu.
Açılış mərasimindən sonra simpozium işini bölmələrdə davam etdirdi. Bağlanış mərasimi mayın 27-də keçiriləcək. On May 26, as organized by Khazar and Erciyes University, an international symposium began its work in the Marble Hall of Khazar University. Scientists, specialists, and media representatives of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Hungary, the U.S., India and Australia participated in the symposium, which is entitled “Culture and identity in the perspective of the 21st century.”
The conference began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey, and a short film about Azerbaijan was shown.
The symposium was opened by with a speech by Khazar University’s founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli.
Professor H. Fahrettin Keleştemur, president of Erciyes University; Tahir Budaqov, Head of Nizami District Executive Power of Baku; Professor Metin Hulagun, the chairman of the Turkish Historical Society; Professor Sevinç Üçgül, Head of the Organizing Committee of the symposium from Erciyes University; and Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Jamil Hasanli made speeches at the opening ceremony. The importance of the symposium and the importance of the issue of identity were noted.
After the opening ceremony, the symposium continued with workshops. The closing ceremony will be held on May 27.
