Görüşdə Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlı Çin mədəniyyəti, Azərbaycan-Çin əlaqələri tarixi, Xəzər Universitetində Çin dili tədrisi, Xəzər Universitetinin Çin universitetləri ilə əlaqəsi, Konfutsi İnstitutunun rolu və s. barədə danışdı.[:en]On September 29th, a meeting dedicated to the Autumn Moon Festival and establishment of the People’s Republic of China was held at the Confucius Institute in Baku.
The founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, attended the meeting, where he made a presentation about Chinese culture, the history of Azerbaijan/China relations, Chinese language instruction at Khazar University, Khazar University relations with Chinese universities, and the role of the Confucius Institute.
