On February 28th the founder of Khazar University and chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, took part in a dialogue on the subject of “Science and Life/ Scientific Culture” on the “Time and Place” program on AzTV’s “Madaniyyat” (Culture) channel.
