2015-ci il iyulun 23-də Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlı Argentinada işgüzar səfərdə olmuşdur. O, Buenos-Ayresdə Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche adlı alı məktəbin bir qrup məsul şəxsləri: Mühəndislik və Aqronomluq İnstitutunun direktoru İng. J. Enrique Carrizo, Beynəlxalq əlaqələr şöbəsinin rəhbəri professor Mariano Fernandez Ameghino, İnkişaf üzrə tədqiqatlar (ESPADE – Estudios Para el Desarrallo) şöbəsinin direktoru Mg. Gabriel Balbo, həmçinin, Mühəndislik və Aqronomluq İnstitutunun sənaye mühəndisliyi üzrə koordinatoru Msc. Federico Walas Mateo ilə görüşmüşdür. On July 23, 2015, Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, was on a business trip to Argentina. While in Buenos Aires, he met with administrators of Universidad Nacional Arturo Jauretche including İng. J. Enrique Carrizo, Director of the Institute of Engineering and Agronomy; Professor Mariano Fernandez Ameghino, head of the International Relations Department; Mg. Gabriel Balbo, Director of the Developmental Research Department (ESPADE – Estudios Para el Desarrallo); and Msc. Federico Walas Mateo, Coordinator of Industrial Engineering for the Institute of Engineering and Agronomy. At the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to develop close cooperation between the two institutions in the future.
