An article “A Turkish type leadership” by Goshgar Maharramov, a lecturer and coordinator of the Department of Education of Khazar University, was published in “Uch jizgi” journal in Turkey. The author offers comparative analyses of leadership characteristics and behaviors of historical leaders of Turkish peoples and other peoples. The article specially stresses that leadership is based on social aspects but not on ancestry and gene.
