Professor Hamlet İsaxanlının yazısı “The diversification of post-secondary education” monoqrafiyasında Hamlet Isaxanli’s Article Published as Chapter in The Diversification of Post-Secondary Education

Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlı 2010-cu ildə UNESCO-nun sifarişi ilə ali təhsilin problemləri ilə əlaqədar tədqiqat aparmış və geniş yazı hazırlamışdır. Həmin yazının qısaldılmış versiyası UNESCO-nun nəşr etdiyi monoqrafiyada öz əksini tapmışdır. “The diversification of post-secondary education” (“Ali təhsilin diversifikasiyası”) adlı monoqrafiya beş müəllif (o cümlədən H.İsaxanlı) tərəfindən yazılmışdır. Araşdırmalar Azərbaycandan əlavə daha dörd ölkədə – Çili, Koreya Respublikası, Malayziya və Nigeriyada həyata keçirilmişdir.
Monoqrafiya N.V. Varghese tərəfindən redaktə olunub. At the request of UNESCO in 2010, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, Khazar University’s founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, conducted research related to challenges in higher education and wrote a comprehensive article. A shortened version of this article was published in a UNESCO book, “The Diversification of Post-Secondary Education” which was written by five authors (including H. Isaxanli). Besides Azerbaijan, the book includes studies on education from four countries–Chile, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Nigeria. The anthology was edited by N.V. Varghese.

The present volume on the diversification of post-secondary education (PSE) is based on the IIEP research programme on this topic. Studies
were carried out in five countries in 2010 – Azerbaijan, Chile, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Nigeria – by national teams in each of
them. The collaboration between IIEP (Paris) and the institutions and their staff members was most rewarding.
