Redaksiya heyəti prorektorlar Məhəmməd Nuriyev, Rafiq Əhmədov və rektor assistenti İsaxan İsaxanlıdan ibarət olan topluda universitet həyatının bütün sahələrini tənzimləyən 50-ə qədər sənəd mövzular üzrə 7 bölmədə verilmişdir. Kitab Xəzər Universitetinin tələbələri, professor-müəllim və işçi heyəti üçün nəzərdə tutulmuşdur.
Kitabın redaktoru Xəzər Universitetinin təsisçisi, Direktorlar və Qəyyumlar Şurasının sədri professor Hamlet İsaxanlıdır. O, topluya qısa ön söz də yazmışdır.
[:en]A new book entitled Khazar University Regulations and Rules was published by Khazar University Press.
Nearly 50 articles regulating all aspects of university life are given in 7 sections, arranged by topic. The editorial board consisted of Vice Presidents Muhammad Nuriyev and Rafig Ahmedov as well as Assistant to the President Isakhan Isakhanli. The book was designed for Khazar University students, faculty and staff.
The editor of the book is Khazar University’s founder and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli. He also wrote the preface to the collection.
