[:en]On September 12th, a new foreign instructor, Joel Robbins, was introduced to the Khazar University staff. According to the agreement between Khazar University and the U.S. Peace Corps, Robbins will work as a volunteer in the Department of English Language and Literature and in the School of Education for six months. Joel Robbins first met with the founder of Khazar University and the chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli. Then the director of the Development Center Raziya Isayeva introduced him to the vice presidents, heads of departments and deans of the university. [:]
