[:az]The founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, met with Professor Abdulla Mehrabov, the director of the Institute of Educational Issues of the Azerbaijan Republic. Isakhan Isakhanli, Assistant to the President of Khazar University, Raziya Isayeva, Development Director, and Elza Samadli, Dean of the School of Education, also participated in the meeting.
The parties discussed various problems in the field of education in Azerbaijan. Then they signed a partnership agreement between Khazar University and the Institute of Educational Issues of the Azerbaijan Republic. According to the agreement, the parties will share their experience in the field of education, exchange information about changes, and carry out research and academic conferences together.
